The Multistrada 1260 model gets a slightly bigger engine, reworked chassis and tons of new features in comparison to the 1200 model Companies News : Ducati, an Italian motorcycle manufacturer, is gearing up to launch the Multistrada 1260 and Multistrada 1260 S in India on June 19. The 2018 Multistrada 1260 will replace the existing Multistrada 1200 motorbike, which is currently available in India at a starting price of Rs 1.53 million (ex-showroom). The 1260 model gets a slightly bigger engine, reworked chassis and tons of new features in comparison with the 1200 model. The bike’s semi-faired design features sleek surface with flowing design and volume difference between the front and rear. While the bike characteristics remain largely the same as that of the Multistrada 1200, some of the changes such as 48mm longer wheelbase and improved steering rake from 24 degree to 25 degree defines the new characteristics of the Multistrada 1260. The bike is powered by 1260cc DV
