  Chinese smartphone brand POCO is gearing up to launch its POCO X3 GT smartphone globally on July 28, Wednesday. In terms of specifications, the new X series smartphone will have 67W fast-charging capability, a MediaTek Dimensity 1100 chipset, 5,000mAh battery and 64MP triple-rear camera. With a price tag of around Rs 27,000, the POCO X3 GT will be available in three different colours; black, blue and white. Poco X3 GT is likely to arrive in international markets after its official launch in Malaysia. The connectivity features include dual-band Wi-Fi, 5G and 4G LTE, Bluetooth, GPS, NFC, and USB Type-C port for charging and data sync.   Poco is one of the brands that do not shy away from experimenting with radical colour themes in their smartphones. That legacy continues with the Poco X3 Pro . Aimed at young buyers, the phone comes in three jazzy colour options – graphite black (review unit), steel blue and golden bronze. The colour theme is accentuated by an unconventionally shaped rear camera module and an intriguing patterned design on the back cover. Speaking of the back cover, it is made of good quality polycarbonate featuring a thick glossy stripe at the centre sandwiched between stripes in matte finish on the sides. The company hasn't confirmed that these gaming triggers will be releasing globally, reports The Verge. These triggers can be clipped around the edge of most smartphones -- any Android or iOS device, so long as they're less than 11.5mm thick with a case on. If you want to do some mobile gaming but hate touch controls, these could provide a more intuitive, controller-like alternative to tapping on your screen, the report said.   Smartphone maker OPPO on Monday launched its latest F 19 Pro Series smartphones - F19 Pro+ 5G and F19 Pro with quad rear cameras and feature Super AMOLED displays in the Indian market. OPPO F19 Pro + price starts at Rs 25,990 for the sole 8GB RAM + 128GB storage variant. According to market research firm Counterpoint's global smartphone report for the fourth quarter in 2020, Realme, which grew at 65 per cent Year-on-Year (Y-o-Y) and shipped 42 million smartphones last year, was the fastest-growing smartphone brand globally in 2020.   Stepping into 2021, OPPO on Monday launched the OPPO Reno5 Pro 5G as the first 5G-ready smartphone from the Reno series in the Indian market. The Oppo Reno 5 Pro 5G comes in a single memory variant with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage at Rs 35,990. It will be available to buy in the country, starting January 22 via Flipkart, the OPPO website, and key retail stores. "Reno5 Pro 5G will be manufactured at our Greater Noida, UP facility. In addition to this, the Hyderabad R&D Centre has participated heavily in the development of the OPPO FDF System, working closely with OPPO's five imaging R&D teams worldwide to finetune and debug the features supported by the FDF System," Tasleem Arif, Vice President and Head, R&D OPPO India, told IANS.
