Vivo X60 Pro first impressions: Taking the camera game to the next level

  Chinese smartphone maker Vivo on Thursday launched its flagship Vivo X60 series of smartphones, co-engineered with optics and opto-electronics major Zeiss. The X60 series consists of the X60, X60 Pro and X60 Pro+ and runs on Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 series 5G Mobile Platform. A successor to the Vivo X50 Pro, the X60 Pro has brought several upgrades to the cameras, processor, and Vivo's gimbal stabilisation. We used the X60 Pro for about two weeks; here are our initial impressions: Design and display Vivo X60 Pro The X60 Pro has a 6.56-inch AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and full HD+ resolution. The display and the rear panel have Gorilla glass 6 protection. The rear panel has AG glass with a frosted finish and anti-fingerprint coating to prevent fingerprints and smudges. OnePlus 8 Pro is set to go on sale for the first time in India on Monday from 12 noon at Amazon. The smartphone will be available in 8GB RAM/128GB storage and 12GB RAM/256GB storage variants, and onyx black, glacial green and ultramarine blue colours. OnePlus 8-series launch at 8:30 PM today: Livestream, expected specs & more

Chinese electronics maker OnePlus is set to launch the OnePlus 8-series smartphone on April 14 in a global online event, which would start at 8:30 PM in India. The event would livestream on company’s official web portal, social media channels and YouTube. Like its previous year launches, OnePlus is expected to launch at least two smartphones under the OnePlus-8 series. The OnePlus 8-series is expected to bring several upgrades, especially with regard to design, display, imaging and connectivity. In terms of design, the phones are expected to have a premium glass-metal built with punch hole display on the front. iQOO Neo 3 5G with 144Hz refresh rate screen tipped to launch on April 23

Chinese electronics behemoth BBK Group's smartphone brand iQOO is said to be working on its new 5G gaming device, the iQOO Neo 3 5G. According to a post on micro-blogging platform Weibo, the device will debut in China on April 23. Some of the tech bloggers were invited to a game which revealed the April 23 launch date for the iQOO Neo3, GizmoChina reported. Recently, the company's Product General Manager Shuji Niao Shu had said on Weibo that the company had incorporated a new 3 + 2 strategy in an upcoming iQOO phone. The device is expected to feature a 6.6-inch LCD display of a fullHD+ resolution. It will boast a screen of 144Hz refresh rate and sport a punch-hole for the selfie camera. Read More
