  (SSC) has announced the Tier III result for SSC CGL 2020 on the Commission's official website - ssc.nic.in . “The candidates who score minimum qualifying marks, as fixed by the Commission, in Tier-III Examination will be eligible to appear in Skill Tests and Document Verification. Based on the aggregate performance in Tier-I, Tier-II and Tier-III Examinations, candidates will be shortlisted to appear in Document Verification and Skill Tests i.e. Computer Proficiency Test (CPT) and Data Entry Speed Test (DEST),” reads the official notice. A total of 50,293 candidates were announced eligible for appearing in the Tier-III (descriptive paper) of the examination, of which 41,803 candidates appeared in the exam. SSC CGL Tier I result will be released on the Commission's official website - ssc.nic.in. Candidates who qualify the SSC CGL 2019 exam will be eligible to appear for the second level of the exam or the SSC CGL tier 2 exam which will be held from October 14 to October 17. The exam is conducted for recruitment in Group B and Group C posts at various Ministries/ Departments/ Organisations in the Government of India. Once the recruitment process starts, candidates can apply for various posts by visiting the official website of SSC, ssc.nic.in . According to the Examination Calender available on the website, the application process will also begin today, October 22, and conclude on November 22. SSC CGL 2017 result: The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) is likely to release the SSC CGL 2017 final result on November 15, 2019, after the examination papers of the SSC CGL 2017 were allegedly leaked, leading to several days of protests by job seekers. Amid protests, the SSC had recommended a Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) probe into the allegations of paper leak.
