CBSE class 10 compartment exam results declared, over 56% students pass

  The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) declared the result for class 10 compartment examination on Monday with over 56 per cent of the registered candidates passing the exam. According to officials, a total of 1.57 candidates had registered for the exam and of them, 1.49 candidates appeared for the exam. "A total of 82,903 candidates have cleared the exam taking the pass percentage to 56.55 per cent," a senior board official said. The board had last week announced results for class 12 compartment exam with 59.43 per cent of the candidates clearing the examination. The compartment examination for classes 10 and 12 began on September 22 at 1,268 centres across the country amid strict precautions in view of the COVID-19 pandemic. The board had also given a chance to class 12 students to appear for the exam if they were unsatisfied with the marks awarded to them on the basis of an alternate assessment scheme after the exams were cancelled due to the COVID-19

CBSE result 2020: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) will declare CBSE Class 10 result 2020 tomorrow, said Union HRD Minister Ramesh Pokhriyal. The CBSE 10th result will be declared on the official websites - cbse.nic.in and cbseresults.nic.in. The board had informed the Supreme Court earlier that it would announce the results by July 15. The board also told the apex court that it will not conduct the pending class 10 examination and scores obtained by them will be treated as final. CBSE result 2020 date for 10th, 12th board exams not announced yet

The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) on Thursday clarified that it has not yet announced the result dates for Class X and Class XII board exams and said a fake message is being circulated with regard to the declaration. "A fake message is being circulated with regard to the declaration of Class XII and Class X Board Results 2020 . The Board has not yet announced the result dates," the CBSE said in a statement. A fake release, which surfaced on social media today stated that while Class XII results will be announced on July 11 and Class X results will be out on July 13. CBSE result 2020 : The Central Board of Secondary Education on Friday informed the Supreme Court that CBSE 12th and CBSE 10th result would be announced by July 15, 2020. This comes a day after the board decided to cancel the Class X and XII examinations scheduled from July 1-15 due to the Covid-19 pandemic, and they would be conducted later. The apex court approved the assessment scheme submitted by CBSE in the court about remaining board exams. Class 10 and class 12 exams will not be held for remaining papers and the board may allow students to appear for the exam at a later date when the situation is conducive.
